@lolla7979 Every pregnancy is different. Remember that your body and your baby need a lot from you right now. Keep eating healthy and exercising. Your midwife can tell you if your weight is a problem or if it’s on track

@gusxavieruk While it’s best to begin exercising before you become pregnant and continue throughout your pregnancy, most women should be just fine resuming an exercise program late in their pregnancy if they have a history of exercising. Just take it easier than you did back before you were pregnant since you’ve gone for so long without working out.
@TheElbilson Thanks…a well rounded diet full of natural foods and very limited processed foods should help most women avoid any morning sickness.

WOW BEFORE I GOT PREGNANT I WAS DOING TAE-BO, BIGGEST LOSER, JILLIAN MICHAELS, AND RUNNING ALMOST EVERYDAY, THEN I GOT PREGNANT AND STOPPED BECAUSE I THOUGHT I COULDN’T WORK OUT, NOW I SEE THAT I CAN AND CAN’T EVEN GET PASS THE WARM UP LOL! THANKS FOR THE VIDEO’S!!!!
